For Arizona residents who can identify the individual saguaro cacti that mark their commute and notice when one grows a new arm.

Made to order, which means it takes a few extra days to get to you. But you’re not getting a saguaro notebook that seventeen people picked up and put back with slightly bent corners.

This saguaro notebook features hand-drawn cacti with a Matisse-inspired palette. I drew these when I realized I started naming saguaros on my hikes (the one with seven arms near the trailhead, the really tall one that leans slightly east, the one that looks like it’s waving).

The notebook has 140 dotted pages and a soft-touch cover that won’t slip when your hands are sweaty from hiking in April. The metal wire-o binding lets it lie flat, which matters when you’re sitting on a rock, trying to sketch how the morning light hits a cactus arm at exactly 7:23 am (the good light doesn’t last long).

Everything in this shop is made to order just for you, which means there’s no warehouse of extras to swap things out when something goes sideways. Here’s how I handle it when it does.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel, email support@nicolep.me as soon as possible. Once Printful starts production, the order can’t be stopped. I can’t cancel or refund orders that are already in production, so the sooner you reach out, the better.

Damaged, defective, or misprinted items

If your order shows up looking wrong, like the print is off, the item is damaged, or there’s a manufacturing defect, email support@nicolep.me within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. I’ll file a claim with the printer and get you a replacement or refund once it’s approved. You won’t need to ship anything back.

Wrong size, wrong color, changed your mind

Since everything’s printed on demand, I can’t accept returns or exchanges for size mistakes, color preferences, or buyer’s remorse. Please check the size charts and product details before you buy.

Goodwill refunds

If something feels off and your order is under $25, reach out, and I’ll make it right. This is handled on a case-by-case basis and isn’t a formal policy, but I’d rather you leave happy.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Shipping isn’t refunded unless the problem was a printing or fulfillment error.
