By shopping at Peery Creative, you agree to the following terms.
Everything in this shop is printed to order by Printful. There’s no inventory sitting on a shelf, which means returns work differently here than they do at a regular retailer.
Cancellations
Email support@nicolep.me as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Once production starts, the order can’t be pulled. I can’t guarantee a cancellation if Printful has already started printing, so don’t wait.
Defective, damaged, or misprinted orders
If your item arrives with a printing error, a manufacturing defect, or shipping damage, email support@nicolep.me within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the problem. I’ll file a claim with Printful and follow up with a replacement or refund once it’s approved. You won’t be asked to ship anything back.
Wrong size or buyer’s remorse
I can’t process returns or exchanges for size mistakes, color preferences, or changed minds. Everything is made specifically for your order and can’t be restocked. Please use the size charts and read the product details carefully before checking out.
Goodwill refunds
If something feels off about your order and the total is under $25, reach out, and I’ll do my best to make it right. This is handled on a case-by-case basis, not as a standing policy.
Refunds
Refunds for approved claims are processed to your original payment method. Shipping costs aren’t refunded unless the issue was caused by a printing or fulfillment error on our end.
Claim window
All claims for defects, damage, or misprints must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. After that, orders are considered final.
Digital downloads
All digital products are final sale. If you have trouble accessing your files, email support@nicolep.me and I’ll make sure you get them.
