The front says Sorry Things Are Prickly. The inside says Hope Life Stops Poking at You Soon. It covers get-well, thinking of you, and the harder-to-name category: “I know things are rough, but I don’t have better words.”
This thinking-of-you card is hand-illustrated and hand-lettered, not mass-produced. Made to order, so it takes longer to get to you than a card you plucked off a spinner rack at your local pharmacy. Plan for 6-10 business days to arrive.

Prickly pear is a Sonoran Desert native that’s endured harsh conditions since before Arizona was Arizona. It seemed like the right ambassador for a card about hard times.
For people who send cards when they don’t know what else to say. For the friend whose medical stuff has been going on since last spring. For whoever’s coworker is in the hospital, and you want to send something that doesn’t look like it came from a gift shop rack. Works for illness recovery, rough patches, hard seasons, or just “I’m thinking about you, and I know the past few months have been a lot.”

Everything in this shop is made to order just for you, which means there’s no warehouse of extras to swap things out when something goes sideways. Here’s how I handle it when it does.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel, email support@nicolep.me as soon as possible. Once Printful starts production, the order can’t be stopped. I can’t cancel or refund orders that are already in production, so the sooner you reach out, the better.
Damaged, defective, or misprinted items
If your order shows up looking wrong, like the print is off, the item is damaged, or there’s a manufacturing defect, email support@nicolep.me within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. I’ll file a claim with the printer and get you a replacement or refund once it’s approved. You won’t need to ship anything back.
Wrong size, wrong color, changed your mind
Since everything’s printed on demand, I can’t accept returns or exchanges for size mistakes, color preferences, or buyer’s remorse. Please check the size charts and product details before you buy.
Goodwill refunds
If something feels off and your order is under $25, reach out, and I’ll make it right. This is handled on a case-by-case basis and isn’t a formal policy, but I’d rather you leave happy.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Shipping isn’t refunded unless the problem was a printing or fulfillment error.
