For whoever’s having a week that’s mostly spine and very little fruit, this hand-illustrated, hand-lettered get-well card features a wonky prickly pear cactus on a periwinkle-blue background.

The front says Sorry Things Are Prickly. The inside says Hope Life Stops Poking at You Soon. It covers get-well, thinking of you, and the harder-to-name category: “I know things are rough, but I don’t have better words.”

This thinking-of-you card is hand-illustrated and hand-lettered, not mass-produced. Made to order, so it takes longer to get to you than a card you plucked off a spinner rack at your local pharmacy. Plan for 6-10 business days to arrive.

Prickly pear is a Sonoran Desert native that’s endured harsh conditions since before Arizona was Arizona. It seemed like the right ambassador for a card about hard times.

For people who send cards when they don’t know what else to say. For the friend whose medical stuff has been going on since last spring. For whoever’s coworker is in the hospital, and you want to send something that doesn’t look like it came from a gift shop rack. Works for illness recovery, rough patches, hard seasons, or just “I’m thinking about you, and I know the past few months have been a lot.”

Every item in this shop is made to order just for you, so there’s no warehouse full of stock to swap out. Because of that, I can’t accept general returns or exchanges for things like changing your mind or ordering the wrong size. Cancel an Order
You can cancel an order as long as printing hasn’t started. Printful moves fast, so if you need to cancel, email me at support@nicolep.me. Once production begins, the order can’t be stopped or refunded. Because everything’s made to order, returns aren’t accepted for buyer’s remorse or size exchanges.

Missing, Stolen, or Damaged Orders
If your order shows up damaged, misprinted, or never arrives, email me at support@nicolep.me with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Photos are required for all claims so I can work with the printer to fix the problem quickly.

Defective Items
Printing or manufacturing errors happen sometimes. If your item looks wrong, like the design, ink, or sizing, reach out within thirty days of delivery with photos of the issue. I’ll file a claim and have it replaced or refunded.

Returns
Since everything’s printed to order, returns are only accepted for defective or damaged items. You’ll get instructions for where to send it once I review your email.

Refunds
Once a return or claim is approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it might take a few days to appear. Shipping costs aren’t refundable unless there was a printing or fulfillment mistake.

Claim Window
All claims for misprints, defects, or shipping issues must be submitted within thirty days of delivery. After that, the order’s considered final.
