For anyone who’s stopped at a chile roaster planning to buy one small bag and left with seventeen pounds (it seemed reasonable at the time).

This chile pepper iPhone case gets made after you order it, so shipping takes longer than it takes to eat your way through a bag of roasted chile, but shorter than the roasting season.

This chile pepper iPhone case features hand-drawn peppers on a teal background. I drew these after spending a fall in southern New Mexico, where chile roasters appear along the roads in late August (sometimes early September if the season runs late), and the smell makes you pull over and buy way more than you planned.

The chile pepper iPhone case has dual-layer protection (polycarbonate outer shell, TPU inner liner) that keeps your phone safe when you drop it while trying to take a photo of a roaster setup on Highway 25. The precisely aligned port openings mean everything fits on the first try, and it works with wireless charging, so you can set it down and walk away.

Every item in this shop is made to order just for you, so there’s no warehouse full of stock to swap out. Because of that, I can’t accept general returns or exchanges for things like changing your mind or ordering the wrong size. Cancel an Order
You can cancel an order as long as printing hasn’t started. Printful moves fast, so if you need to cancel, email me at support@nicolep.me. Once production begins, the order can’t be stopped or refunded. Because everything’s made to order, returns aren’t accepted for buyer’s remorse or size exchanges.

Missing, Stolen, or Damaged Orders
If your order shows up damaged, misprinted, or never arrives, email me at support@nicolep.me with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Photos are required for all claims so I can work with the printer to fix the problem quickly.

Defective Items
Printing or manufacturing errors happen sometimes. If your item looks wrong, like the design, ink, or sizing, reach out within thirty days of delivery with photos of the issue. I’ll file a claim and have it replaced or refunded.

Returns
Since everything’s printed to order, returns are only accepted for defective or damaged items. You’ll get instructions for where to send it once I review your email.

Refunds
Once a return or claim is approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it might take a few days to appear. Shipping costs aren’t refundable unless there was a printing or fulfillment mistake.

Claim Window
All claims for misprints, defects, or shipping issues must be submitted within thirty days of delivery. After that, the order’s considered final.
