Hand-drawn from someone whose car still smells like roasted chile from the annual Hatch trip (stopped apologizing for it years ago).

Your chile pepper notebook is made to order, which means it takes a few extra days to get to you. But you’re not getting the notebook that seventeen people picked up, flipped through while eating lunch, and put back with slight grease marks.

This chile pepper notebook features hand-drawn Hatch peppers in green on teal because I drew these when someone asked me where to get roasted chile in Tucson, and I realized I’d been directing people to New Mexico (the drive to Hatch is four hours, people make it regularly).

Perfect for people who know the correct answer to “red or green” is “Christmas style” (ambos, obviously), Southwest food enthusiasts who’ve stopped at roadside roasters in Hatch planning to buy one small bag and left with twenty pounds, and anyone who’s learned that Hatch chile only comes from the Hatch Valley in New Mexico (geographic location matters, like Champagne).

Everything in this shop is made to order just for you, which means there’s no warehouse of extras to swap things out when something goes sideways. Here’s how I handle it when it does.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel, email support@nicolep.me as soon as possible. Once Printful starts production, the order can’t be stopped. I can’t cancel or refund orders that are already in production, so the sooner you reach out, the better.

Damaged, defective, or misprinted items

If your order shows up looking wrong, like the print is off, the item is damaged, or there’s a manufacturing defect, email support@nicolep.me within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. I’ll file a claim with the printer and get you a replacement or refund once it’s approved. You won’t need to ship anything back.

Wrong size, wrong color, changed your mind

Since everything’s printed on demand, I can’t accept returns or exchanges for size mistakes, color preferences, or buyer’s remorse. Please check the size charts and product details before you buy.

Goodwill refunds

If something feels off and your order is under $25, reach out, and I’ll make it right. This is handled on a case-by-case basis and isn’t a formal policy, but I’d rather you leave happy.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Shipping isn’t refunded unless the problem was a printing or fulfillment error.
