This block-print saguaro magnet is based on the real Carnegiea gigantea, native to the Sonoran Desert. Drawn from direct observation rather than the simplified silhouette that appears on approximately 90% of Arizona tourist merchandise.

The original art captures the characteristic rib pattern, the arms that grow outward before curving upward, and the slight asymmetry that makes each individual saguaro recognizable once you’ve spent enough time looking at them.

The warm gold and deep green colorway comes from the block-print aesthetic, which fits the subject because block printing is one of the older printmaking methods, and saguaros are among the oldest things in the desert.

Because of that, I can’t accept general returns or exchanges for things like changing your mind or ordering the wrong size. Cancel an Order
You can cancel an order as long as printing hasn’t started. Printful moves fast, so if you need to cancel, email me at support@nicolep.me. Once production begins, the order can’t be stopped or refunded. Because everything’s made to order, returns aren’t accepted for buyer’s remorse or size exchanges.

Missing, Stolen, or Damaged Orders
If your order shows up damaged, misprinted, or never arrives, email me at support@nicolep.me with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Photos are required for all claims so I can work with the printer to fix the problem quickly.

Defective Items
Printing or manufacturing errors happen sometimes. If your item looks wrong, like the design, ink, or sizing, reach out within thirty days of delivery with photos of the issue. I’ll file a claim and have it replaced or refunded.

Returns
Since everything’s printed to order, returns are only accepted for defective or damaged items. You’ll get instructions for where to send it once I review your email.

Refunds
Once a return or claim is approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it might take a few days to appear. Shipping costs aren’t refundable unless there was a printing or fulfillment mistake.

Claim Window
All claims for misprints, defects, or shipping issues must be submitted within thirty days of delivery. After that, the order’s considered final.
