By shopping at Peery Creative, you agree to the following terms.
Exchanges
Because all items are made to order through Printful, exchanges are limited.
We can offer an exchange for the same item if there is a printing issue, damage, or a manufacturing error.
To start an exchange for a defective or incorrect item, email support@nicolep.me with your order information and clear photos of the issue. Once Printful approves the claim, we’ll reorder your item at no cost to you.
We can’t offer exchanges for color preferences, size changes, or buyer’s remorse, since each product is created just for you.
Returns
Printful does not accept returns unless there is a quality issue, damage, or the wrong item was sent.
Because of this, Peery Creative can only process returns for:
- damaged items
- misprints
- items that arrive with a manufacturing defect
- incorrect items sent by mistake
To request a return for an eligible issue, email support@nicolep.me within 14 days of delivery with photos and your order number. Please wait for confirmation before shipping anything back.
We can’t accept returns for items that were ordered in the wrong size, color, or style, or for items that did not meet personal expectations. Every product is printed on demand and cannot be restocked.
If a return is approved, we’ll issue either a replacement or store credit. Original shipping costs are not refundable.
Digital Downloads
All digital products are final sale.
Since downloads are delivered instantly, refunds and exchanges are not available. Please read the product description carefully before buying.
