Hand-lettered Gambel’s quail mug for the mornings when the answer is no before the question’s even been asked. Illustrated in Tucson, printed on ceramic. Available in 11 oz and 15 oz with a color inside.
Each mug is printed after you order it, so production takes a few days before it ships. (Worth knowing if you need it by Tuesday. Probably not worth knowing if you’re the kind of person who forgets they ordered something and gets a nice surprise in the mail.)

Cancel an Order
You can cancel an order as long as printing hasnโt started. Printful moves fast, so if you need to cancel, email me at support@nicolep.me. Once production begins, the order canโt be stopped or refunded. Because everythingโs made to order, returns arenโt accepted for buyerโs remorse or size exchanges.
Missing, Stolen, or Damaged Orders
If your order shows up damaged, misprinted, or never arrives, email me at support@nicolep.me with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Photos are required for all claims so I can work with the printer to fix the problem quickly.
Defective Items
Printing or manufacturing errors happen sometimes. If your item looks wrong, like the design, ink, or sizing, reach out within thirty days of delivery with photos of the issue. Iโll file a claim and have it replaced or refunded.
Returns
Since everythingโs printed to order, returns are only accepted for defective or damaged items. Youโll get instructions for where to send it once I review your email.
Refunds
Once a return or claim is approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it might take a few days to appear. Shipping costs arenโt refundable unless there was a printing or fulfillment mistake.
Claim Window
All claims for misprints, defects, or shipping issues must be submitted within thirty days of delivery. After that, the orderโs considered final.
