For anyone who’s watched a quail family scatter in seventeen different directions the second a car door closes three blocks away.

Printed after you buy it, so shipping’s slower than a quail running from perceived danger (which is every noise louder than a whisper). But this way nothing ends up in a landfill because I misjudged the market for bird puns.

This quail postcard features a hand-drawn and hand-lettered illustration of a desert quail with the text “oh quail no” in a coral speech bubble against a dusty pink background.

Because if you live in the desert long enough, you develop an undying appreciation for quail (they’re skittish, surprisingly hardy, and their topknots deserve their own fan club).

Cancel an Order
You can cancel an order as long as printing hasnโ€™t started. Printful moves fast, so if you need to cancel, email me at support@nicolep.me. Once production begins, the order canโ€™t be stopped or refunded. Because everythingโ€™s made to order, returns arenโ€™t accepted for buyerโ€™s remorse or size exchanges.

Missing, Stolen, or Damaged Orders
If your order shows up damaged, misprinted, or never arrives, email me at support@nicolep.me with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Photos are required for all claims so I can work with the printer to fix the problem quickly.

Defective Items
Printing or manufacturing errors happen sometimes. If your item looks wrong, like the design, ink, or sizing, reach out within thirty days of delivery with photos of the issue. Iโ€™ll file a claim and have it replaced or refunded.

Returns
Since everythingโ€™s printed to order, returns are only accepted for defective or damaged items. Youโ€™ll get instructions for where to send it once I review your email.

Refunds
Once a return or claim is approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it might take a few days to appear. Shipping costs arenโ€™t refundable unless there was a printing or fulfillment mistake.

Claim Window
All claims for misprints, defects, or shipping issues must be submitted within thirty days of delivery. After that, the orderโ€™s considered final.
