Every item in this shop is made to order just for you, so there’s no warehouse full of stock to swap out. Because of that, I can’t accept general returns or exchanges for things like changing your mind or ordering the wrong size. Please double-check the size charts and product details before checking out.
Cancel an Order
You can cancel an order as long as printing hasn’t started. Printful moves fast, so if you need to cancel, email me at support@nicolep.me. Once production begins, the order can’t be stopped or refunded. Because everything’s made to order, returns aren’t accepted for buyer’s remorse or size exchanges.
Missing, Stolen, or Damaged Orders
If your order shows up damaged, misprinted, or never arrives, email me at support@nicolep.me with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Photos are required for all claims so I can work with the printer to fix the problem quickly.
Defective Items
Printing or manufacturing errors happen sometimes. If your item looks wrong, like the design, ink, or sizing, reach out within thirty days of delivery with photos of the issue. I’ll file a claim and have it replaced or refunded.
Returns
Since everything’s printed to order, returns are only accepted for defective or damaged items. You’ll get instructions for where to send it once I review your email.
Refunds
Once a return or claim is approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it might take a few days to appear. Shipping costs aren’t refundable unless there was a printing or fulfillment mistake.
Claim Window
All claims for misprints, defects, or shipping issues must be submitted within thirty days of delivery. After that, the order’s considered final.
