For anyone whose to-do list keeps growing arms and getting taller. Saguaro notepad with a hand-drawn Matisse colorway cactus pattern, available with a plain, rounded writing area or square with cheeky text options.

Saguaros take their time, and so does made-to-order cactus stationery. Your saguaro notepad will be created just for you after you checkout. So expect 4-7 business days before it ships. (Way faster than waiting for a saguaro to grow its first arm.)
This saguaro notepad features a hand-drawn Sonoran Desert cactus pattern in a Matisse-inspired colorway, with four writing-surface options: a plain, rounded writing area; “prickly little thoughts”; “succ it up and write it down”; or “thoughts with many arms.”
Saguaros are tall, ribbed, slow-growing desert citizens whose arms take their time, a respectable approach to both plant life and answering emails.
Use this notepad for grocery lists, desk notes, errands, or the thought that appears right when you’re halfway across the room and no longer remember why you stood up (classic paper emergency, really rude timing).

Everything in this shop is made to order just for you, which means there’s no warehouse of extras to swap things out when something goes sideways. Here’s how I handle it when it does.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel, email support@nicolep.me as soon as possible. Once Printful starts production, the order can’t be stopped. I can’t cancel or refund orders that are already in production, so the sooner you reach out, the better.
Damaged, defective, or misprinted items
If your order shows up looking wrong, like the print is off, the item is damaged, or there’s a manufacturing defect, email support@nicolep.me within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. I’ll file a claim with the printer and get you a replacement or refund once it’s approved. You won’t need to ship anything back.
Wrong size, wrong color, changed your mind
Since everything’s printed on demand, I can’t accept returns or exchanges for size mistakes, color preferences, or buyer’s remorse. Please check the size charts and product details before you buy.
Goodwill refunds
If something feels off and your order is under $25, reach out, and I’ll make it right. This is handled on a case-by-case basis and isn’t a formal policy, but I’d rather you leave happy.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Shipping isn’t refunded unless the problem was a printing or fulfillment error.
